Why oh why do I do this.

Last week I posted one of my old paintings in the Saatchi Showdown… (competition, showcase, cockfight?). Do I really need the validation (yessireee)? Could it lead to something else (forecast calls for, idontthinkso)? This may not be nice, but, whoooooo mommmy there’s alot of crap in there.

It really didn’t take that long to set up, an’ what the hell, who knows what could happen.

Since the marketing department of Lawrence Quigley artistic endevors was killed by the evil super villain; I-aint-got-no-time-to-send-my-gottdam-slides-to-a-gallery-to-have them-rejected-by-an-intern-when-I’m-not-painting-as-much-as-should . This will have to do.

No, I haven’t been working on this for 12 years. I’ve been reworking paintings that have good concepts, but bad execution.
